I had the pleasure of working closely with Rudy as Owner's Representative, recently on the Lord Balfour Hotel in South Beach. The work encompassed several areas of a very complex renovation within a historical building. By all accounts they were very successful endeavors thanks largely, I believe, to Rudy's commitment and effort.

I have known Rudy since I begun working for Equity One 12 Years ago.
