If you have ever tried to run a shop, an office or a restaurant through a Florida August with a system that can’t keep up, you already know how fast it costs you. Staff get short-tempered, customers leave early, and the equipment that is barely coping runs itself into the ground. Our commercial AC installation work exists to prevent exactly that. We come out, look at how your building actually functions day to day — the hours, the foot traffic, the ceiling height, the glass, the kitchen load — and then we size a system that will still be holding temperature when it’s 95 degrees outside.Central Air Comfort has been doing this for across Dade and Broward County. Owner Rudy Mendez still runs the jobs out of the shop at 9901 NW 80th Ave, Bay 3-K in Hialeah Gardens, and we work across most major AC brands rather than pushing you toward one line because it’s what we happen to stock.
