What a maintenance visit actually covers
This is not a five-minute filter swap. A licensed technician goes through the whole system, inside and out, and writes down what they find. If something is drifting out of spec, you hear about it while it is still a cheap fix.

We service central air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, package units, and commercial HVAC. Every system gets a plan built around its size, its age and what the manufacturer asks for — a ten-year-old package unit on a Hialeah rooftop does not need the same schedule as a two-year-old mini-split in a Key Biscayne condo.

- We set your next visit. Most South Florida systems do best on a twice-a-year rhythm because the cooling season never really stops.
If the system is already down, we also run Same Day HVAC Services — maintenance customers get priority on the schedule.
