The complaint people bring us about their last AC company is almost always the same one: the number changed. A tech shows up, disappears into the attic, and the estimate grows by the hour. That is not how we work. You get a free quote in writing, you approve it, and then we start. If the technician finds something genuinely different once a panel is off, he stops and calls you before another dollar moves.
Our technicians are licensed. - You call or email centralaircomfort@gmail.com and tell us what the system is doing — not cooling, short cycling, tripping the breaker, water on the closet floor. We ask a few questions and schedule you.
- A licensed technician diagnoses the actual fault. Capacitor, contactor, blower motor, low charge with a leak behind it, a duct run that came apart in the attic — we find it rather than guess at it.
- You get the repair price in writing before anything is opened up. If replacement makes more financial sense than repair, we show you both numbers side by side and let you decide. Financing terms go on the same sheet.
- We do the work, test the output at the register, and clean up. For repairs we carry common parts on the truck, which is how Same Day HVAC Services actually happens instead of just being advertised.
