From your call to cold air in four steps
- You call or email us. We ask what the system is doing — or not doing — and book a window that fits your day. We answer Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 8:00pm.
- A technician arrives, tests the system, and finds the actual fault. Refrigerant pressures, electrical, airflow, drainage, ductwork — all of it gets checked, not just the obvious part.
- You get the findings and a written price. Repair options, replacement options, and what each one buys you. Questions are free and we don't rush them.
- We do the work and stay until the air coming out of the vents is cold and the thermostat holds. Then we clean up the space we worked in.
