A commercial install is a different job to a house. There are trading hours to work around, a landlord or a general contractor to coordinate with, and equipment that has to be got onto a roof without shutting the place down. We plan that part before we order anything.
We handle new rooftop package units, split systems, mini-split banks for offices and back rooms, and the ductwork and electrical that goes with them. Whether it is one unit going into a new suite or a staged changeout across a building, the sequence is agreed with you first.
Every system is sized to the space and the load in it — kitchens, server rooms and shop floors do not cool the same way. Once it is running we commission it, record the readings and hand you the paperwork you need for the warranty.
